Expoventure Exhibitor Breakfast: 7:30 A.M.
The exhibitor breakfast, exclusive to exhibitors features speaker and a complimentary breakfast.
Show Floor Ribbon Cutting: 10:00 A.M.
Join us in celebrating the opening of the show floor with the Ribbon Cutting ceremony featuring Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Bryan Derreberry.
Seminar: 10:30A.M.-noon
"Make Some Noise"
Ken Schmidt, former Director of Communications for Harley-Davison
“Make Some Noise,” is a fascinating story of building an entirely new corporate culture, of rekindling relationships with customers, and reaching out to new ones in completely untraditional ways. After all Ken has accomplished, his philosophy of life and business has remained the same: “Never do what’s expected, make yourself as noticeably different as possible, and have a lot more fun than you’re supposed to.”

BizBites, Show Floor
This popular feature of Expoventure will showcase Wichita’s finest restaurants and caterers as they hand out samples to each exhibitor walking the show floor. This is a great opportunity to discover caterers for your next function as you feast on their fares.

July 22
8 - 9 a.m. – Exhibitor Orientation - The orientations are a great opportunity to meet other exhibitors and keep up to date on what you need to be doing as an exhibitor.
August 5
4 - 5 p.m. – Exhibitor Orientation - The orientations are a great opportunity to meet other exhibitors and keep up to date on what you need to be doing as an exhibitor.
September 4
8 a.m. and 4 p.m. – Exhibitor Staff Training - This special training is for all staff working your booth at the show. We will be covering what to and not to do while working a trade show.
September 22
Exhibitor set-up:
Booths 100-599; 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Booths 600-999; 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Booths 1000-1599; 12:30-1:30 p.m..
Booths 1600-2299; 11:00am-Noon
Booths 2301-2312; 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Booths 2313-2411; 11:00am-Noon
September 22
5:30-7 p.m.
– Exhibitor Mixer - This event will provide an opportunity to network with fellow exhibitors in a relaxed setting. This event is free to all exhibitors. Join us to relax a bit after setting up your Expo booth!
September 23
Show floor open

6-9 p.m. – Booth tear down
Booths must remain up until the show ends. Failure to do so will result in loss of opportunity to participate in next year’s show.
